Each new moon we are given a blank page so to speak. A fresh start.
Be clear and if you are not sure about what you want briefly ask your self what you don't want and then go in strong on what the opposite of this is - maybe it becomes clearer to you?
eg: I don't want to work in an office - so perhaps you want to be outside, or in a position that allows moving about?
Sit for a moment or two and breathe. Sense, feel or imagine what it would be like in your whole being for this be in the present moment, what would that be like if it was already true and happening now?

So, why should we work with the moon's phases?
Some of us may be in synch with the moon with our menstrual cycles without knowing, some may choose to align with awareness and when we think of our lives and life and the cycles of nature it makes sense to use the moon for support and guidance in our activities. It bodes well to keep the moon and it's energies in mind. The moon offers an insight into beginnings and endings and everything in-between. An ever-changing process of which we can be and are a part of. Harness that moon energy and hold on! No better teacher than nature.
