1. It's much more than yoga! We have meditations, expert guest talks, monthly Rest sessions on a Friday evening, a guided relaxation every Monday night, journaling insight and of course 2 Hatha Yoga classes a week plus a few surprises.
2. You don't have to be superfit, young and able to put your leg around your neck to join in - if you can, then, absolutely come along too!
3. You learn from a qualified therapist and expert with over 25 years in the wellness industry.
4. You don't have to know about yoga and if you do then there is always, always more to learn!
5. You get continued support and information from me, I also have access to scores of wonderful, trusted, expert therapists from all walks of health and wellbeing life.
6. It's a group of like minded people who care about their health - physical, mental and emotional. It's inspiration, motivation, creativity, rest, movement, support, lifting each other up, connection and fun.
All sessions are Live and are available recorded (sent to you by email every Friday ).
There is a Facebook group to avail of too where all classes and recordings are held.
It is not necessary to join this as all will be done via zoom anyway.
My style of yoga is gentle with variations of poses for anyone who would like a challenge and lots of space for any inner exploration. I include breath work and mediation. I try to share yoga in an inclusive and uncomplicated way. Why not try it out....
